Today, 40% of vascular diseases are acute cerebrovascular accidents, of which 83.8% lead to disability. 17.4% end in death. Every year, 60,000 patients with cerebrovascular accidents are admitted to the hospital.
In the multidisciplinary clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy, 100 patients with a diagnosis of acute cerebrovascular accident were observed for 1 year. 20 people (35-45 years old), 60 people (46-55 years old), 20 people (56 <.. years old). 65 men and 35 women. Patients were examined for the resumption of motor activity at home.
The study found that 45% of patients had 3 points of motor activity, 20% of patients - 2 points, 10% of patients - up to 1 point of motor activity. In 10% of patients, recovery of motor activity was not observed. 10% of patients died from stroke complications.
The results of observations carried out to return patients to full-fledged life showed that the size of the affected area of the brain and the age of the patients (regenerative sign) are of great importance.
