Pooyan Alizadeh

Dr. Pooyan Alizadeh is a Board-certified Neurosurgeon and Member of the Neurosurgical Society of Iran. He studied general medicine at Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Science and graduated in 2005; then studied neurosurgery at Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences and graduated as a specialist in 2014. After receiving a Board degree, he became an Associate Professor at neurosurgery department of Ahvaz Jundishapur University of Medical Science. He was the Head of the Neurosurgery Department at Ahvaz Jundishapur University (2021-2023). His research generally focuses on understanding the pathologic mechanisms, factors, and preventable subsequent adverse events in patients with neurological disorders
