Biography:
Eileen Kim is a junior at Mountain View High School and lives in Los Altos, California. She is interested in neuroscience and chemistry at school, and participated in the research camp: Understanding and Designing Research in Cognitive Neuroscience led by Dr. Youngbin Kwak. Currently, she is working under the supervision of Dr. Kwak to produce a literature review paper. Outside of science, Eileen plays the violin and participates in music-related activities such as her youth orchestra and works as a volunteer at a program called AMASE (Academy of Music and Arts for Special Education), where she spends time teaching kids with certain cognitive disabilities.
