Biography:
Gloria Chen is a senior at Cornell University and will graduate with a B.A. in Biological Sciences in 2025. She conducts Parkinson’s disease research using fMRIs under Dr. Adam Anderson in the Affect and Cognition Lab. She is also involved in deep brain stimulation research focused on treatment-resistant depression and Parkinson’s at the Nash Family Center for Advanced Circuit Therapeutics at Mount Sinai Hospital. Gloria is passionate about exploring the intersection between Parkinson’s and depression and aims to contribute to the development of more effective treatments and therapies that address both the motor and non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.
