Biography:
Graduated at the top of the class from Shanxi Medical University (MBBS) in 1991. Earned a clinically oriented Doctorate in Nuclear Medicine from Peking Union Medical College in 1998 under Professor Liu Xiujie, the founder of Chinese nuclear cardiology, becoming one of China’s first female nuclear medicine PhDs. Conducted postdoctoral research from 2003 to 2007 in Molecular and Medical Pharmacology at the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. Trained under Professor Henry Schelbert, a PET pioneer and Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Nuclear Medicine, and Professor Sung-Cheng Huang, a renowned medical engineer and co-inventor of PET. She has published more than 160 research articles in SCI (E) journals.
