Biography:
Lic. Maria Teresa Gil Ogliastri, Psychologist from the Central University of Venezuela, she received an honorable mention for her thesis on the construction of affective bonds in young adults, which was validated at the University of Buenos Aires (UBA). She specialized in Dance Movement Therapy at the National University of the Arts, with a thesis titled: “Contributions of Tango in the context of Dance Movement Therapy for facilitating social interaction in adults with intellectual, visual, and motor disabilities.” She is the author of the university extension workshop and the book NEUROTANGO: A Dance Movement Therapy/Tango Method for People with Neurodiversity (2018, Editorial Authors of Argentina). Neurotango is recognized by the Government of the City of Buenos Aires as a Project of Cultural Interest and by the Metropolitan Fund for Culture, Arts, and Sciences of the City of Buenos Aires- Argentina.
