Biography:
Professor Gao Yang is Professor of Neurology, Head of the Department of Neurology, and Dean of Yancheng People's No.1 Hospital, Affiliated Yancheng Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University, Jiangsu, China. He is an experienced vascular neurologist and neurointerventional specialist with expertise in acute ischemic stroke, cerebrovascular diseases, mechanical thrombectomy, and endovascular treatment of complex neurovascular disorders. His research focuses on stroke prevention, neurovascular intervention, and clinical outcomes after endovascular therapy. Professor Gao has authored numerous peer-reviewed publications and is actively involved in advancing stroke research, education, and multidisciplinary patient care.
