Biography:
Dr. Tristao-Pereira is a post-doctoral researcher at Boston University and Massachusetts General Hospital. She is interested in the biological mechanisms of Alzheimer’s disease using neuroimaging and plasma biomarker data. In particular, her main research focus lies in understanding how cerebral glucose metabolism interacts with pathology and relates to downstream cognitive and behavioral function.
